JGarcia Visuals is a video production company. This portal is where our clients and team review, approve, and download the video projects we make together. Questions about this policy or your data: jgarciavisuals@gmail.com.
Your account details (name and email address — provided by you, or by Google if you sign in with Google), the content of the projects you work on with us (videos, images, comments, approvals, and messages), and basic technical records such as sign-in times that keep the service secure and working.
If you use “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us. We use these only to create and identify your account. We never see your Google password, and we do not access anything else in your Google account.
Only to run the portal: showing you your projects, delivering your videos, sending you notifications you would expect (a cut is ready for review, a weekly summary), and keeping accounts secure. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the work you hired us for.
Account data is stored with Supabase and video files with Cloudflare, both established infrastructure providers, in United States data centers. Video files are private — they are served through expiring, signed links, never public URLs.
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data — email jgarciavisuals@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly. Project files may be retained where we are contractually obligated to keep delivered work available to the client who commissioned it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the new effective date at the top of this page.
